North Pine Puzzles is operated by Devansh Marwaha, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect and why.
This website
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies, to count page views, referring sites and campaign tags (UTM parameters). It does not identify you personally. The site itself sets no cookies.
Purchases
Checkout is provided by Payhip, and card payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy, they collect your name, email address, payment details and location (for sales tax). We receive your name, email, order details and country from Payhip; we never receive your full card number. Payhip's and Stripe's own privacy policies apply to the data they handle.
If you email us, we keep the message to answer you and for our records. We use your purchase email only to deliver your order and support it. We will not send you marketing email unless you separately opt in, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally six years in Canada). Support emails are kept up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email devanshmarwaha17@gmail.com (or the contact form on our Payhip store). We follow Canada's PIPEDA.
We do not sell your personal information.
